Rory Playing Hookey by Lacy Sunshine

Hello Everyone!

It is time for a new Challenge over at Lacy Sunshine Bi-Weekly Anything Goes Challenge. The Creative Team got "Back to School" images from the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe. Please make sure you head on over to the Lacy Sunshine Blog to check out the beautiful creations by Team B.

This challenge I got to color Rory Playing Hookey. Rory is one of my favorite images by Heather Valentin, so I really enjoyed coloring her. I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and used much darker colors than I normally do, but I am really pleased with the result.

This is the recipe card of the Copic Markers that I used to color Rory. 

I used Doodlebug Desing Inc 6x6 paper pad "Back to School" and the coordinating paper is from my stash of The Paper Studio paper stash. The letters were cut out with my Silhouette Cameo.

Matilda Buttons Boo by Lacy Sunshine

Hello Everyone,

As we head into the end of summer and back to school (Hannah heads back to college next week), we all look forward to the cooler weather of fall. Heather Valentin has some wonderful fall and back to school images for you to color, available in her Lacy Sunshine Shoppe.

So in the spirit of fall, I got to color Matilda Buttons Boo.  I love her, she is so stinkin' cute!

This is the recipe card of Copic Markers that I used to color Matilda Buttons Boo.

The paper I used is Doodlebug Designs 6x6 paper pad "Happy Harvest". The coordinating paper is from my The Paper Studio stash. The dark brown ribbon is also from my stash and the pumpkin button is from Dress It Up.

Anything goes over at Color Your World by Lacy Sunshine

Hi everyone,

I know my post is a little late today, but we had a bit of a health scare with my daughter last night so I am just now getting to post this.

On the Lacy Sunshine front, I have been asked to be Team B's Coordinator which I couldn't be more thrilled about. It is a huge honor, and I want to thank Heather for giving me this opportunity.

New Challenge over at Sugar & Betty's Challenge Blog

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

I am in Minot North Dakota visiting my husband's family. It is beautiful here, and there is no humidity so we get to sit outside in the evenings and chat. Love it here.
