New Challenge over at Lacy Sunshine Color your World

Hi Everyone,

I hope you all had a safe and blessed Christmas Season, so with Christmas just behind us, Heather has created some gorgeous Valentine's creations that are available now in the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe. Heather has also brought out a range of coloring pages that are amazing and available in the "NEW" section of the shop.

This Challenge, Team B (Myself, Caroline, Victoria, Amy, Holly, Erin and Lisa) used some of Lacy Sunshine's wonderful Valentine's digital stamps to make these incredible projects to showcase Heather's wonderful art. This challenge I got to use Wings of Love - Love note Fairy. She was a challenge for me as I have not colored in a while because of the RA in my hands, but I was thrilled with the outcome. I hope you enjoy her.

Eleanor's Christmas Mail

Hi from Texas everyone!

Today a new challenge starts over at Color Your World by Lacy Sunshine. Heather has release some gorgeous Christmas Digi's that are now available in the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe.

This challenge I got to use Eleanor's Christmas Mail. She is so adorable! With Christmas just a few weeks away I am really getting excited because Alex and Michele will be home for the holidays, along with Hannah and Greyson. Our family is growing so I am so excited.

On Thanksgiving we put up the tree and decorated the house. It looks beautiful! We are going to decorate the front yard, but as usual Houston weather is not cooperating (and my husband does not want to be electrocute!) so that will have to wait for better weather.

I hope you enjoy my version of Eleanor.

Lacy Sunshine Color Your World Challenge

Hi Everyone, 

I haven't been coloring for a few weeks but with the new challenge starting over at Lacy Sunshine Color Your World today, Heather's new "Yummy" Cookie Crumblers were irresistible.  They are available now in the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe. Heather has also created a Baker's Dozen Miniature Crafting Charms that are approx 1 inch of scrumptious, yumminess that are a perfect compliment to the Cookie Crumblers.

So this time I got to play with Allieggsandra! She is so adorable and perfect for my Pumpkin Bread Recipe. It is perfect for the fall season.

Ophelia Havisham Melancholy Moppet

Happy Friday everyone!

Well it is still hot and humid here in Houston! Let me tell you, winter cannot get here soon enough!

Today I am sharing a project that I made using Ophelia Havisham Melancholy Moppet by our wonderful artist Heather Valentin.

This was a huge stretch for me as I had never done a monochromatic coloring before. I used the warm grey tones for the entire image. Once I got started and got over my initial anxiety it was really fun to color, and it sure did make shading easy!

Happy Labor Day Everyone!

Well, it is a hot, muggy weekend here in Houston and we are all enjoying a long weekend.

Today is the start of another "Anything Goes" Blog Challenge. This challenge Team B got to use all different "Witches" by Heather Valentin over at the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe.

Heather challenged us to make "Anything But a Card" I used Witchy Ronnie to make a calendar page for the month of October.

Save the Flower Pot Pretties from the Wicked Freeze

GOOD MORNING LACIES!!!

It was a lovely day with a gentle breeze making the grass wave, but all of a sudden black clouds and icy wind came out of the north! What could it be but an evil force coming to wreak havoc in the garden? It must be Frostbite, the evil villainess, and why is she freezing the sweet Flower Pot Pretties and bloomin beauties?!? Snow is falling everywhere, and the icy wind blasted open the doors of the green house! How can we save the Flower Pot Pretties? What can be done to save summer?
We must Hop! With everyone hopping and spreading Sunshine we might 
have a chance to save the Flower Pot Pretties from Frostbite!

Rory Playing Hookey by Lacy Sunshine

Hello Everyone!

It is time for a new Challenge over at Lacy Sunshine Bi-Weekly Anything Goes Challenge. The Creative Team got "Back to School" images from the Lacy Sunshine Shoppe. Please make sure you head on over to the Lacy Sunshine Blog to check out the beautiful creations by Team B.

This challenge I got to color Rory Playing Hookey. Rory is one of my favorite images by Heather Valentin, so I really enjoyed coloring her. I stepped out of my comfort zone a bit and used much darker colors than I normally do, but I am really pleased with the result.

This is the recipe card of the Copic Markers that I used to color Rory. 

I used Doodlebug Desing Inc 6x6 paper pad "Back to School" and the coordinating paper is from my stash of The Paper Studio paper stash. The letters were cut out with my Silhouette Cameo.
